Bikini Tops, Black Scotts and Board Shorts. Paddle Out.... Paddle Out


Okay SO it is spring time.... Happy Easter Everyone!

Where I live in Maui (pukalani) the temperature is in the 80s in the day time and the high 60s at night. I have a weird body temp. I get HOT so easily lol..... which is obvious... hahaha sorry I just had to. That is totally something my brother would say. Anyhow, since this is the usual weather like 60% of the time, Girls here in Hawaii have a more than OVERUSED fashion, which I AM guilty of.

Black Scotts: 

Infamous Black Scotts

Ladies, If you grew up in Hawaii you definitely know what these are. These are Black Scotts.  They are comfortable and give you a 4 inch boost.

Rules of Black Scotts:
1. Do Not Run while wearing. (UNLESS you are a professional BS Wearer or late for school/work/ a concert/ dinner/ a sale/ or the surf is awesome)
2.Wear with EVERYTHING. (weddings, funerals, school, hey... even FORMAL WEAR LOL) 
3.Most important. DO NOT GET WET. YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY BECAUSE THEN THESE WILL SMELL STINK FOREVER.

Anyways, a little humor on BS. Im not saying ALL Hawaii girls do this. ( Or am i?) lol. I myself still wear BS, so.... yeah. haha. 


Short Shorts:
Hawaii is hot. SO how does one keep cool ?  SHORT SHORTS :) I am from UPCOUNTRY MAUI :) So this is usually the go-to outfit. We live high in the mountains where it usually is cold. The air  is crisp and fresh. Short shorts usually.... we dont necessarily need them but to prove your a country girl you wear them so that you can say silently, yeah its 60 degrees outside at night, and YEAH im wearing nothing but shorts and a long sleeve shirt.... YOU KNOW WHY?!?!  Cause I am a COUNTRY GIRL :) lol.  so here is a personal example of this.

Last but not least: Tank tops.

I know my post says bikini tops, but hey thats how the song goes :)  But all the same tank tops or bikini tops us hawaii girls have a lot of them :) The beach is usually 20 mins away. I know for me the only thing that can heal me most of the time is the ocean.

Pale Pale Pale :) Pastels and other rants.

ALOHA! I am loving the new color palette coming out. The pale peaches the mints. It is all so delicious!  No really... It kinda makes me hungry thinking about it.  ;)  Any who! I absolutely love it. If you know me, I love all things girly. I dont stick just to one style. I love everything from frilly and lacy to studded and tight.  I do have to say that the whole pale thing is definitely going down in my book as one of my favorites!  For example: This is exactly what i think is trending right now :) Lets see It has everything going on. Its a lovely shade of peach, its a high-low skirt, and a beautiful bodice. It has all the components and all in the right places :).
